It seems quite strange that one moth ago the listing for the same apartment showed higher maintenance and taxes. Moreover, there is an assessment that is not mentioned, but that other apartments in the same building mention. So pay attention!

Aside from the 98K price increase, what is up with showing the wrong floor plan which I might add has no kitchen?

"There is a special assessment beginning 7/1 for 18 months of $337.13 through 2013."

This was in the add for one that closed there last month. Can you imagine? At what point going into contract does a broker say "Oh, by way.....".

Or the broker can say "Oh, by the way". That would work much better.

I saw the apt and I thought 5G was a much nicer apt and the broker was heaps better too. Great block though.
