Discussion about 376 Broadway in Tribeca
i was a tenant in this building and it's infested with bed bugs! only some units are fumigated. a lot of owners refused to do so. So the bedbugs are just spreading back into the fumigated units.

Does anyone else know about the bed bug situation here?

I am renting in the building but I don't have any bedbug problem. I think they redid the lobby/hallway etc in the past year which might fixed the problem.
