It is an apartment...9th and 5th ave...I have some contractor bids/decorator bids etc and wanted to bounce them off someone. I have a very unique situation and wanted to talk to/get ideas from someone on whether these bids are fair but also if its likely I'd get the money out. i can post on here or do it through email....I really appreciate it.

Just quick info: the apt is about 1,000 sq feet...needs almost a gut 1 bedroom/1 bath...

You know - what Kyle said. How about a little help here. Cry eye how unique could a 1K sq foot reno at 9th/5th be? This is bordering on pboa.

Sorry, I guess I wasnt specific enough. I was looking for somebody who was knowledgeable to maybe speak to me via email and give me their viewpoint of whether I would get my money out after spending X amount on the renovations. I can post on here as well but preferred that.

I did not mean the renovation was unique, but my purchasing situation is unique.

I would be happy to look over your bids. I am a contractor and will not solicit your business but I will tell you what I do think about the bids and what prices they should be

You can post your email and I'll be happy to reply and give an opinion. This area of GV is what I know most about.
