I suggest you head 'downtown' to RCI discount appliances, 98th & Broadway. Competitive in price with PC Richards and the others, but personal attention to your needs and preferences, next-day delivery, and they stand behind what they sell.
It's not WH, but it's worth the trip. (RCI outfitted my newly renovated apt with all kitchen appliances, washer dryer, gas BBQ grill and 9 air conditioners. We had trouble with 2 of the A/C units -- one within days of RCI's professional installation, and one over a year later. Kenny, the owner at RCI was responsive in both cases, replacing the first unit and repairing the 2nd, to our complete satisfaction.
I'd go back for future needs without hesitation.

Does Paul's sell apartment-sized fridges and gas ovens (20 inches)? These would be for rental units. Always liked PC Richard for price but after the last problem I had which took them 10 days to solve, I'm done with them and looking for alternatives.

Appliances are not really a great place to economize.

Spend the money.

RCI works with managing agents all over the UWS to outfit their rental units. As Primer says, it can't hurt you to call.

I had a very good experience with appliance recommendations and prices from Kenny at RCI discount. I've had a prior extended warranty disappointment from Gringer, but fair purchase experiences at Best Buy and PC Richard. Appliances from a kitchen & bath store no longer in business have worked out really well, but the prices weren't the best available. If you are on the west side, check RCI discount.

Happy to report excellent experience with PC Richards, they were very helpful and even let me exchange the stackable unit for the LG combo with no problems at all, next day delivery. The LG combo does a great job just have to learn how to use .
