(Discussing listing at 121 East 88th Street) Has anyone looked at this apartment? If so, what were your impressions? I'm asking because I bought in this building last year and was wondering why this one is still on the market after 4 months and why the agent hasn't updated with pictures. I don't live there (am subletting) but I try to keep apprised of what is going on with the place. It's a small co-op without any amenities, but it's nice, clean, and quiet and in a great location.
