I'm elderly, and I have lost my proof of ownership of my shares in my HDFC coop. How can I go about obtaining a copy of this proof? Thank you in advance.

1. your Coop's stock ledger
2. your monthly maintenance bills from the Coop
3. the 1099's they send the IRS each year identifying you as owner
4. the Coop's filing with the Dept of Finance for annual real estate tax abatements
