Disappeared Listing?

Does anyone know why a listing would disappear? I had been following two apts. in a particular building and this afternoon, when I logged in to SE, one of the apts. had disappeared from my folder. The listing is no longer available; the apt. no longer appears anywhere in the building history; and the floorplan is no longer available in the building. It was not sold or removed from the market--it's just gone with no trace. This seems odd and I've never seen this before. Does anyone have an explanation? Thanks!

I've seen this in one listing in my building (a sponsor unit). Came on the market, with floorplan, went into contract within 2-3 weeks, then the listing, floorplan disappeared. Also, I know it sold in December of last year and the closing has not yet shown up on SE or on ACRIS.

It could be that it was a duplicate or a fake or had some other integrity issue. Those are the most common reasons a listing would no longer be enabled rather than just a change in status.
