Taking suggestions, where to get a bookcase from? I was told Ikea furniture undurable.

Ikea is more than fine, especially for bookcases.

decent bookcases are very easy to find in junk shops and used stores....and are often much more sturdy than say ikea (altho ikea is just fine)...or you could check gothamcabinet for something really cheap
