Discussion about
Ten year is under 2.5% until very recently stocks were over 12,000 on the DOW. One camp predicts another recession and the other until this week had us projecting double digit profit growth. So who do yo believe? And who has the better track record?

All I know is that you completely missed the azz kicking You are getting on your wea coop you bought for $50k and could've sold for $1.5mm three years ago. 30% loss about to be 50%, still reading cream cheese prices to make a 'move'.

Not really. An apt just sold in my building for just more than a similar one did in 2007. An during that time I enjoyed lower carrying costs.

By the way... switched to vanilla yogurt and whole cherries which cost more....
