closing without a lawyer?

I just excepted an offer on my storage space. No broker used and would like to not use a lawyer since the purchase price is only a few thousand dollars. Any advice on what to do from here (the process)? it is a deeded storage space in a condo building....

work with you building management company -- they will file the necessary docs
