RUN from this building. The units are beautiful, but the building itself is poorly taken care of and not attractive. After living there for 2 years, I can say it was the worst experience with a management company from a finance and contractual standpoint. Their finance team/office manager consistently loses checks and is extremely unorganized. The building owners are completely unreasonable and untrustworthy, and we considered a harassment suit due to the amount they bothered us for new contracts and payments. These people deserve an empty building.
