Size? I'd go with $800 a sq ft given high maintenance & condition, unless it's an 1800 sq ft 2BR or something.

No clue about sq ft. What's the average sq. ft. for a 2BR? I think it's considered a spacious 2BR. Based on other clues, I am guessing the price was under $1.2m, actually.
