Discussion about 15 William Street #27E
When will agents stop calling wet bars "kitchens"?

I am so with you on this one.
Great place for those with limited mobility.
Soon were gonna see toilets out in the living room. More airy and why miss any of the conversation.
Bathtubs in the kitchen is not as new an idea as one might think.
It will be marketed as retro.

Right, these high end glorified pullman kitchens may not bother some buyers even if they never use it, but resale will be tough. The Centria on West 48th Street has a similar kind of kitchen arrangement. Not good.

Hey, I can deal with pullman kitchens -- at the appropriate price point. For a million and a half, I should be getting a REAL kitchen.

Hey NYCMatt, this apartment isn't marketed to you. So you don't have to worry if you get a REAL kitchen or not at 15 William Street.
