Beware of the board of this coop; they have denied my application even after putting 45 % down. What a waist of time, money and energy dealing with this coop! I feel they are very discriminative.

I feel bad for the sellers, they have to deal with their board now that is a complete waste of time. I still do not know the reason for their denial, maybe because i am a single working mom (with great financials though!). good luck to anyone who wants to waste their time and money trying to pass through this board.
