Discussion about Two Northside Piers at 2 Northside Piers in Williamsburg
Has anyone purchased a cabana at 2NSP and is willing to discuss what they paid, how the negotiations went, etc.? I'm considering submitting an offer for an apartment and may be interested in tacking a cabana onto it if it makes sense cost-wise. Happy to move to a real e-mail, of course. Thanks.

Hi Billy,
I was considering the purchase as well but I ended not buying. Price depends on which side you are. View is amazing on the cabana on the Manatthan side, less valuable on the north/east side. Because of the building position, the cabanas are extremely windy and in my opinion "usable" only few days a year. Forget about staying there for more than 20 minutes when summer is over.
