Can this be a good combination of two apartments? We like the square footage but are not sure if we can create a good floorplan. I would like to have at least three good size bedrooms, two full baths and an open kitchen. What's the ballpark we have to spend on renovation? How much would an architect charge for an initial consulation on the new floor plan? I'm just trying to evaluate how difficult it would be to combine two apaartments.
