This apartment is not 4,489 square feet. There was a lawsuit filed in 2008 claiming that the seller misrepresented the size of the apartment. The apartment is actually only 3,774 square feet. In light of the earlier lawsuit, it is amazing that the seller is once again exaggerating the size of the apartment.
