Discussion about 210 Riverside Drive #9J
This is a tiny, dark apartment that looks onto an inner courtyard. Also the building has no amenities like a roofdeck of playroom. The correct price might be about 360k.

I could never stand the L-shaped back apartments which are in many pre wars. Don't like it.

Note the gas meter still there by the LR window.

I've been in another high-floor J there. Pretty bright, being so high up in the courtyard.
