Discussion about 210 Riverside Drive #9G
Suggest taking a VERY good look at this layout. the kitchen is the size of a closet. You will have to completely re-locate it. Is this possible in this building and considering the cost of a new kitchen- the asking price should certainly be less.

The price is high. Let's see how long it sits. Sponosr unit or not, too high.

I think the apartment is nice but the maintenance is incorrect...a studio has maintenance of $650 so the one bedroom must be much higher.
