Anyone have any feedback on this new development? Wondering what the reputation is of developer, how sales are going, etc. Seems to be in a good location and the floorplans look reasonable.

Hi westisider, I own in the building too. I haven't moved in yet but all the items on my punch list is done (including esthetic items) The construction team are very kind and helpful. All the personnel of the building seem great, the units itself are really nice. Overall I am happy with everything and I cant wait for my unit to be furnished and for me to move in.
Good luck

I look at the back (at the pool), nice little view on the empire...What about the apt you are considering? what is it facing?

The light is pretty good...I am not too concerned about what might go up since the building is not a view building (although watching the head of the empire state is nice). We didnt buy there for the view but rather for the finishings and amenities....etc
I guess southern light is always stronger but our northern light is good. No complaints.

I also face north and think the light is quite good...although as mss79 said, its not really a "view building", I do get a piece of the empire st building and quite a bit of open sky
.
