How many buyers are nervous, disillusioned or flat out disappointed with the options for 1 bedrooms and studios in Morningside Heights?
I recently took on a listing at Morningside Gardens overlooking the N. Gate of Columbia that is the best studio (501 sq. ft. and beautifully renovated) in a 20 block radius. I know this because I have been to them all. I realize this is Manhattan I just can't image paying upwards of 340k for a dilapidated room in an entry way of a building (one of the worst listings I came across).
That being said Morningside Gardens is right on the edge of Harlem and many buyers are not even aware of this listings location. For a first time buyer or savvy investor this studios 5 block walk from 116th past many cultural institutions is well worth it.
