Much to my surprise right here on Manhattan island is a neighborhood completely immune from the economic malaise effecting the rest of the world. http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/505882-condo-2280-frederick-douglass-central-harlem-new-york 2280 Frederick Douglass #PH12E $1100 per square foot don't forget the amazing bonus of a private staircase to a communal roof. How does Harlem do it? Astounding!

having just seen a great frontline on health "insurance", i immediately concluded that you were writing of some great law for residents of harlem that prohibits recission, a particularly dirty tool of our shitty "insurers"

harlem is a durable place

I recall as a child driving to visit my grandparents in PA, the numerous signs proclaiming "George Washington slept here."
Possibly 100 years from now, signage all over Harlem can boast, "Bill Clinton blown here."
