Went to see this apartment and unfortunately it's definitely not worth $1,475. The kitchen floor is literally contact paper. The bedroom floor is a remnant of that flat indoor/outdoor carpet. It's not a 2 bedroom by any stretch of the imagination. It's unfortunate but even in this economy NYC real estate remains over priced and landlords continue to under-serve.
