Yep. Question is whether asking price is low enough to factor that in or not.

We saw this place a while back, it was listed at $2MM. One of worst wrecks we've ever seen (to be fair, advertised as such).

Units got sold when buyers lacked for choice. Today there are more alternatives. I would not be surprised if some of the combinations in 2025 get undone. Low ceilings, high maintenance and few amenities is not a selling point, especially on a large unit. On a one bedroom someone might bite considering the lower purchase price(different kind of buyer)

Also at one time, this unit probably had partial river view. That's probably no longer the case.
