Once the NYCHA tenants are evacuated from the lower manhattan projects, he will declare the area unsafe and redevelop the projects to condos. Prime water front property will be reclaimed by the city. Council members will be paid for and silenced. The former tenants will be herded like cattle and relocated to parts of non prime Brooklyn, Bronx and Queens. Thus, Bloomberg's lasting legacy will be tied in with the Hurricane of 2011 and destruction of the NYCHA houses.

Perfect idea! And that will raise a lot of money for the city so they can continue to support its hundreds of thousands of dependents.
