This sale closed on 8/5; when will the contract price show up?

I am looking for many prices (so I can get comps). I think they appear after filing.

Why are you interested?

It can take anywhere from a few days to several months for a deed to be filed (a couple of weeks is common, so it will likely show up soon). From our system, it looks as though Citi-Habitats represented the buyer, so we have a confirmed closing price: $1,610,000.

I just started the renovation of that apartment last week. I will see if my client will tell me how much he paid. It is a great space

The broker sure has it right, not including the 1.5% flip tax (buyer pays) and the mansion tax, of course.

Primer05, that explains my heightened sensitivity to how much I spend on renovations. You are doing a great job of keeping me in check.

You are welcome Sv,

This client has done a great job in his budgeting for his renovation. He is doing what makes sense now before he moves in and will wait for the future to care of of other items he wants to do.
