Best Type of Real Estate Company ?

I have an associate broker's license and was previously working for another brokerage firm. I no longer work there and wanted to start my own real estate company. Does anybody have any experience with this? what is the best type of company to form? S-Corp? LLC? If I register my license as an individual broker can I still have licensed sales people working with me? Please help!

you should consult an attorney, or at the very least your accountant.
