Can someone please correct the square footage on this listing? It is highly misleading. It's a tiny apartment and the listing agent is combinding the square footage of the terrace and the apartment.

That's what the listing agent (http://streeteasy.com/adamheller) fed to StreetEasy. The description does say the terrace's ft² are included in the total. Can only guess why they'd do it that way when standard practice is to put only interior ft² in that field. Just to make it show up as less per ft² than similar apartments?
