I am considering purchasing in this building- 650 Sixth Avenue. 771 SF priced at 995K. I honestly think it's over-priced and am wondering, even at low 900s, if the value would go up at resale? Any views? It's a nice building- but not perfect- Any insight would be appreciated.

You're worried that if you buy at $1200 psf that the value may not GO UP at resale? You're kidding right? If you're planning on selling in 2020 I suppose you might get your money back.
You do realize that some people here (ok maybe just 67th) are predicting that things may go to $500 psf in the not too distant future?
