Has anyone seen this place? Why is the price per square foot so high compared to others in the building? It's a low floor.

It has a large terrace

Yeah, a large terrace about 3 feet from the noise and traffic of sixth avenue. It sold for $1.7 and change right when the market crashed. I expect this one to sit on the market a while.
