Its sheer terror to live, in say, Astoria and pay half the rent. No, its always better to share a studio with 4 other people if it means living in the heart of the action.

What I like best about solo living is when I return after a long day; the bathroom and kitchen look exactly as they did when I left. It still amazes me after all this time.
Its sheer terror to live, in say, Astoria and pay half the rent. No, its always better to share a studio with 4 other people if it means living in the heart of the action.
