I walk by this building everyday...it has definitely grown on me. It's stunning and a sharp/welcome contrast to the GAP. My wife and I love the area (botanic/Brooklyn museum/green market/prospect park) and don't plan to ever leave. Unfortunately, the area, because of buildings like 1 gap, is changing too quickly. I can't begin to guess what the new nets stadium is going to do to the area. For those that know, is FHA available for the building? Are there min downs? Price seem to be really low, but not much of the less expensive 2/1 br inventory is left.
