nyc10023. 61 East 86th Street was a total wreck, and need enormous amount of work. Floor, bathroom, walls, electric, bathrooms, etc. all need to be replaced. Basically everything needs to be updated. This is a 110 year old building, and the previous owner did not upgrade over the years. I saw the apartment and left quickly. I can't believe the horrible condition of the apartment. Also, the elevator is the size of a closet. How will you get the debris and renovation material up to the 7th floor? How do you get a stroller up and down the closet elevator? Bedrooms are small and view of other buildings. There will be buyer remorse.
