80 % back to buyers 50 % back to sellers

Justin, some suggestions. First, I think you don't need to go as low as 80%. Seems too deep to me; i.e., something a bit less would inspire more confidence in both you and a certain level of involvement outside of "I'll be there at signing and that's it". Second, provide useful commentary on this site that is useful so as to be helpful and show your wonderful wisdom to people lurking about: no one here likes blatant marketing. Third, make the site you link relevant to your tagline and what you're looking to do.

Great unsolicited advice. I have provided many great incites on this site, it's rather easy as most people do not have a clue what they are talking about. I am lucky to be successful in a few other ventures (especially real estate related) so I am going to build on my proven track record. In addition that is my site so it will not always directly correspond to my comments and that's fine because I am not looking to do anything, I'm doing it.

That being said I do agree with the blatant marketing bit. My assistant posted that tagline by mistake as I had been involved in a discussion with another individual regarding cash back.

inonada: I'm lost. Did you see some content related to commission rebates? All I could find, aside from the art and music stuff, was a link to Justin's page on the Bond-NY website, which does not mention rebates.

haha you guys are good. no offense meant. I already explained it was a mistake by my assistant to have a blank post and agreed that their should not be blatant marketing of that nature. That being said, however irrelevant a post I personally found the suggestions post... first, second, third slightly condescending and unnecessary it self. The blog link is in fact mine and if you enjoy real estate and art as most of my base does I hope you enjoy the coming content.
