Discussion about

City view will blocked if the parking lot is developed. VERY noisy..2 bridges of traffic, and the trains over the manhattan bridge .......i don't know how people live with that noise

Brooklyn Bridge isn't very noisy. Manhattan Bridge trains are... but this is about as far from Manhattan Bridge noise as you can get in DUMBO. With good windows, not much of a problem. Even open, its not nearly as crazy as the stuff closer.

In tems of losing the view, that would be an issue if that does happen.

I'm worry less about the BB than the BQE and some of the exhaust.... but, then again, any avenue in Manhattan would have similar issues.
