building at 365 Broadway

Has anyone decided to rent in this building? Or decided not to? Has anyone looked at the apts? How are finishes? How is construction? Pros/Cons? Would greatly appreciate any/all feedback.

66Franklin is elegant 8-story landmark building with 28 one, two and three-bedroom luxury lofts. Beautiful interiors and great amenities certainly measure up to be part of this pristine neighborhood. The pricing for our homes are attractive for such an illustrious address.

One of the best amenities of our building is its very large landscaped rooftop terrace. It’s the perfect “escape” for relaxing, rejuvenating and/or enjoying after-hours get-togethers with breathtaking, panoramic cityscape views.

Several of our units have balconies (and terraces as large as 150 square feet), 2nd floor homes offering double-high ceilings and all apartments have top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. There are generous-sized common areas such as resident lounge, fitness center, rooftop garden and complimentary bike room.

Amenities at 66Franklin include:

• High ceilings and oversized windows

I just ran the address of 365 Broadway through BUILDVIO Report and discovered that right now it has the following building violation: FAILURE TO FILE BENCHMARKING REPORT OF ENERGY USE AS PER AD. CODE SEC. 28-309.4
