Per Sotheby's ... "It was designed by Pol Theis of P&T interiors and has been featured in prominent architectural and design magazines." I googled Pol Theis out of curiousity .......it's HIS apt.

That western wall of windows is most likely gonna be looking into the windows of a neighboring building WHEN the parking lot along the western wall of the bldg is developed
