Anyone have info on this bldg.? Saw an OH sun and kind of liked it, but somwhow get bad vibes from the bldg as if it's got alot of rent stabilized tenants and not kept well.

A friend of mine used to own a 2BD/2BA in this building. Nice enough, but no different than any other monster building up there. Nothing special, no charm to the apartments. He said living on a major street like E 79th Street was a beast, too. He lived there for about 4 years and then got the heck out.
