This is quite possibly the worst place I have ever lived. I should have read the negative reviews posted everywhere on the Internet about this place. Please, if you are considering moving here, do not make the same mistake that I did. Just Google Parker Towers to get an idea. Cockroaches, broken elevators, old carperts, urine smells in the hallway, the complaints are endless. At the very least, speak with some of the residents before signing a lease. The turnover is extremely high.

I live in Parker Towers and really enjoy the building. The people are friendly and the location is great. However, the elevators are THE WORST. We had heard that they were replacing all of the elevators beginning in August but it's October and nothing yet. And no, the management hasn't even updated us!

It's not unusual for 1 or both of the elevators to be broken at the same time, or to get stuck in them. It's really time the management company upgrade the buildings.
