Weird. Broker says nothing in the description about the co-op's agreement to allow a developer to demolish this building and build a shiny new high-rise in its place.

Buy it and sublet on a three year lease. Yeah, that's it. When I saw that sale yesterday, I wondered if some shill for the developer would make an offer.

Heck, I will buy it, and hojo's board can pay me to be a holdout. 599k, I'll pay full ask, and they can pay me 100k annually to keep holding out.

Seems like it's priced at a large premium to what has sold in the building recently.

Buyer probably knew, must have been in board minutes plus seller "may" have had an obligation to disclose..
