Corcoran broker - 155 15th street, Park Slope

I went to an open house today in Park Slope - well the absolute border of Park Slope on 15th street. A 2 bed was $810,000!!!!!! I was shocked at the prices and tried to ask the broker if the sponsor would consider reducing the price on parking or including it in the price of the house - but the Corcoran broker basically said not to waste her time trying to negotiate. Shocking prices, absolutely rude and weird broker. Yuck!
