Monthly $2,445 12/2005 5A sells for $495,000 12/2005 5B sells for $485,000 Total $980,000 + transactional cost + combine/renovation = ? This should trade today by my estimate at under 1.1MM Any Thoughts???
Not an answer, but the 2005 buyers sold in August 2010 for $1,275,000. ACRIS misfiled it under 330E71st, so unmatched on SE:

I was searching for that. I bow my head to your abilities.
Interesting
The 2010 buyer pays $1275000
No steal
No upgrades, which puts the last update back to 2006.
Back on the block with maybe a $175000 paint job.
Heavens to Mergatroy!
the only thing I can think...........
LET'S DO THE TIME WARP AGAIN!
Really. All that work, and not much to show, even if it works.
They did the same thing at 235E57th:
Bought #9CD for $1,010,000 in Spring 2009.
Sold it for $1,250,000 in Spring 2010, and then bought this 330E70th combo.
Meanwhile their addresses have always been 50E72nd #11A, bought in 1995 in name of wife's family trust.
Either ineffectual flippers, or just can't make up their minds.
