Seriously? This price is rediculous for condos that requires major renovation in order to make it a 2br...these photos are also NOT the correct photos for this unit - it is nowhere as nice. I might expect this price for the brand new condo buildings next door on Columbus but definitely not 392 - the building does not compare to the newer surrounding buildings with far better amenities.
