Strongly recommend i4-interiors.com. The designer is wonderful to work with, really gets her clients and is affordable to boot. She does not get a cut of what you buy so you always feel that she is advising you based on what she believes is best for you as opposed to what maximises her payment. Quite refreshing.

We have been using Zimmerman Workshop (husband and wife team that provide both architecture and design services). They are fantatsic, responsive, detailed and above all else creative with small spaces. We are almost finished our backyard and then moving to do some interior fixed (just some additions vs. complete overhaul).
