Is anyone familiar with this bldg.. Are there many left over renters. It seems that apartment don't sell very well as in the other bldgs. when I looked at the sales list. Any info would be helpful. The apartment that I have seen here are all original without any renovations. Is the community in the bldg older? Thanks so much!
