I hate to post anything negative here, as Im not one to ever really post about anything. But, I feel like I must. This building has bedbugs!!!!
In fact, the owner and building management even let one of the units be rented to someone who ran an illegal hostel out of the place. The bedbug situation is sooo bad that very dear friends of mine had to leave the place. They incurred tremendous financial loss. The building management was using an exterminator who did not have a proper licence. My friends spent $1000's of dollars on dry cleaning, exterminating, and eventually just walked away from their apartment losing a month's rent each, having to pay rent for new apartment, and the slumlord management didnt even have the decency to return their security deposit. I'd avoid this place like the plague.
