ive been living in 1 of their buildings they never fix anything and i thought it was suppose to help the poor afford housing well i been here in b&r managment for 3 yrs now and they are crooked im paying almost 1300 in rent and i dont even make that much income to afford the appartment ive been in land lord tenant court with b&r managment i not only fit their critiria to be in the apartment their out for their selves they wanna kick me and all my 4 kids in the street because i cant afford 1300 a month plus utilities its not fair i hope the fbi do proper investigations on wendell walters and sergio benitez their is way to many to name in the scadell goes all they way down to the people thats in these management offices i really hope the feds do their job

I live at 345 east 50 street there are major problems in the building which is documented by the engineers report my attorney started a action against HPD when they come they do not write violations thank you
