does anyone know anything about the assessments is this building and why the maintenance is so high?

I don't know and after skimming through the info, I don't even want to know. First of all, the floorplan is good. It works. Then there is the reduced price of nearly 3M with a maint exceeding 4K and, get this, it needs work? For a serious buyer, why even waste the time?

Goes to show, people hate to do work. The renovated #12C downstairs sold for $3,000,000 in 2009. Earlier this year it sold again for $3,600,000, after the buyers added a half-bath to the laundry room and replaced the stove.
