Rental at 40 East 94th Street

I looked at it lovely but I had a broker already and these two were unwilling to accept that. The reason these rentals sit so long is that nobody realizes that the agents fee together with the rent is the true cost per square foot. So either the rental price has to come down or the agents price has to come down. Too bad the owners of this apartment don't realize that it could have been rented long ago if he/she had just paid a portion of the fee instead of expecting the person renting the apartment to absorb the $$27K and the agents fee x 2 ( two brokers on this listing)
