The above thread has a floorplan and pictures under additional info. There is an open house tomorrow and for what it is, sponsor updated kitchen and all, there might be someone for it. Then there are the transfer taxes and that could be an concern for most. Personally, even at 750K with all other issues, no thanks. But that's just my opinion.
